The Youth Empowerment initiative is designed to bridge the gap between education and employability, providing young people with the technical skills and certifications needed to thrive in the modern economy.
The Family Group Foundation’s Youth Empowerment Program equips young Kenyans with technical, entrepreneurial, and digital skills that lead to real employment and self-reliance. Through initiatives like the TUFUZU Youth Empowerment and Skills Development Program (Construction Skills Development) and ICT Scholarships, the program bridges the gap between education and opportunity, preparing youth for meaningful work in construction, ICT, and creative industries.
